Why job search coaching?
Relying on the advertised job market to secure your future job role severely narrows your chances of finding employment because this avenue accounts for only 25% of the recruitment occurring in the UK today.
Increasingly, employers are hiring directly, filling their recruitment needs via such avenues as:
- employees taking their job search pro-actively and approaching hirers directly
- networking (traditional and/or online)
- online media
Be aware that employers are relying less on employment agencies with the budget axe having come down hardest on recruitment fees. What that means for today's jobseeker is that the advertised job advert market is no guarantee of finding your next job opportunity.
