So, you understand the importance of giving a polished interview performance, but where can you go to practise your skills and ensure you're giving the interviewer what they're looking for?
We frequently hear from hirers that candidates were unsuccessful at interview because they failed to understand what was required of them during a competency based interview. Over 7 out of 10 hirers said that candidates would have increased their chances of success if they had rehearsed possible responses beforehand and thereby shown their awareness and forethought as well as their hunger for the job.
Mock Interview Coaching with one of our HR qualified professionals can help you feel more confident and better equipped for your interviews by putting you through your paces with a mock interview and consultation, allowing you to brush up on your existing skills or even practise the advice we've given you with our Interview Preparation Coaching.
What do I get?
Your hour long training will take place with one of our experienced HR consultants, helping you to practise and refine your interview style by simulating the stress of a real interview.
There are two parts to our training:
Part One:
The Interview (45 mins)		 Conducting a mock competency based interview tailored to your applications

Your consultant will pose questions that will typically be asked of your sector and level of experience and measure your responses to provide you with feedback
Part Two:
Feedback Session (15 mins)		 Your consultant will provide you with constructive feedback

They will address your interview weak spots and praise your strengths, coach you through appropriate responses and give you the opportunity to ask any questions

How is the coaching done?
Whether you prefer to face-to-face coaching or over the phone, we can facilitate both. Typically, our clients tend to prefer telephone coaching using either landline telephones or Skype.
The cost
All this costs only £85 including VAT and is sound investment in ensuring that you know how to field even the toughest interview questions and secure the job of your dreams.
