Aftercare Terms and Conditions for Professional CV Writing Service through CVWritingcentre.co.uk
Within eight to twelve weeks:In the unlikely event that you have not been invited to interview within the first 8 weeks, of receiving your completed CV we guarantee to review your CV against jobs for which you are applying. Please email your CV and 5 job advertisements which you have or would like to apply for, together with your expected salary, to us and we will undertake an objective appraisal, free of charge, coming back to you with our advice and feedback within 5 working days.
Complaints Procedure:
Please direct any complaint to the Operations Manager by telephoning 01932 334476, during normal business hours. Any complaint received will be recorded in full. A response will be made to the customer within 5 working days.
Where the complaint is of a more complex nature and requires further investigation, the customer will be contacted within 5 working days and advised of the progress. The customer will be given an indication of how soon a full response can be made.
Where it is not possible for a complaint to be resolved, the customer will be given a clear explanation in writing of the investigation and findings.
Cancellation Policy for Purchased Services
